I placed a to-go order and from the moment I walked in, the experience went downhill. The cashier at the front never greeted me — she was on speakerphone having a personal conversation with a friend, using profanity loudly enough for everyone to hear. That alone set the tone for the entire visit. The atmosphere inside was completely inappropriate for a dining establishment. The bar area had music blasting at nightclub volume, making it impossible to comfortably wait in the lobby. I ended up waiting in my vehicle just to escape the noise — only to look up and see the cashier and a kitchen staff member outside walking around and chatting, while my order was supposedly being prepared. It took well over 30 minutes for a to-go order, with no communication or apology for the wait. I came very close to canceling the order altogether. I am genuinely grateful I ordered to go, because there is no way I would bring my family in to sit down and eat here. The environment is not welcoming, the customer service is nonexistent, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. The food itself was decent — but it is absolutely not worth the headache it takes to get it. I will not be

If I could leave 0 stars I would . Me and my friend came in at 7:40 & didn't get a server to our table til 8:00. We then asked for a manager and it took the manager 5 minutes to come out. Then the server came out with a attitude like we did something to him. Mind you we the ones been waiting. We noticed all the workers playing in the back w each while all the tables were dirty.

My experience was pleasant. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews. Our waitress was great! Our food and drinks came out fast. No complaints with the taste and quality of our food 😋 The music was a whole vibe! The margaritas were strong. I will be returning when I return to visit my daughter at college.

It was our first visit. Service by Vontae did not disappoint! He was very attentive and perfect service provided! Went above and beyond! Food was amazing ! The wings in their Macon house special sauce were amazing! My hubby had the crab boil he loved it! I had combo of shrimp and fish ! It was delicious! The coleslaw was delicious! It does need a bit of cleaning like the napkin holder and windows edge. There was a little dispute in the kitchen but it settled within a few minutes. But otherwise I will be returning. Price was spot on !

A visit on a week day during lunch hours was great. Service and food was @ it's best versus a busy full house on days. Jonis, our server was great. Being that it was each of our first visit. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items. She was very helpful with our choices. Her attitude, demeanor and smile kept us in awe. We were very pleased with her. Now, on to the restaurant. They offer a full service bar. And a menu that definitely will not disappoint you or your wallet. My friends and I enjoyed several different menu items. We all agreed that the food was hot and crispy. The combo basket orders are on point. Topped of with an ice cold Budweiser.
